Для тех, кто не знаком с творчеством Sonic Youth. Лично я начал слушать Sonic Youth с альбома ''Daydream Nation'' и сразу же влюбился в эту группу. Не раз встречал рекомендации тем, кто собирался слушать Sonic Youth, начинать именно с этого альбома. Также рекомендуют ''Sister''. Первая песня Sonic Youth, которая прочно засела у меня в голове, была "Cotton Crown", как раз с альбома "Sister". Чуть мелодичнее своих предшественников звучит альбом ''Goo''. Тем, кто любит полегче, советую ''Sonic Nurse'' и сольник Thurston Moore ''Trees Outside The Academy''. В эпоху подъёма гранжа выделился альбом ''Dirty''.
